What I do impacts every child.

I should make decisions based on data reflecting the things we think are important.

I am accountable for how well kids learn the things we say are important and will accept nothing other than all kids learning well.

I should pay attention to the best research possible.

Parents and community members should be active partners with me in the education of our children.

I should practice Character Counts!

I need to be a productive member of a team/ organization.

I should be better in my role every year.

I believe that coming to school should be enjoyable for students and staff.

Student achievement and the social-emotional development of a child should both be critical to our mission.
